PESCAL was founded in 2023 with the launch of PESCAL Bébé, a program designed specifically for postpartum parents and their babies, supporting them from the neonatal stage through infancy. PESCAL Bébé focuses on nurturing six key developmental areas—Physical, Emotional, Social, Cognitive, Autonomy, and Linguistic growth. With tailored guidance in each of these areas, the program helps parents and infants thrive through the critical early stages of life.

Since its launch, PESCAL has expanded to support young people and adults by applying the same foundational six-stage approach across all ages. This holistic program offers structured support and practical advice to help individuals build confidence, resilience, and well-being through each stage of personal growth. PESCAL empowers participants, whether they are nurturing newborns, guiding youth, or supporting adults, to lead happier, more fulfilled lives.
